Format for Posters & Presentations
Posters should be no larger than 95*170 cm. Within these limits it is up to you.
Presentations should be in PC or PC-compatible format, Mac users should make sure their presentations are working correctly. We cannot guarantee that your laptops could be connected. Make sure to have your presentation on a memory stick or other mobile media, and deliver these to members of the volunteers who will help with organization during the conference - well ahead of your scheduled talk. Alternatively email well it in advance to the same address to which you submitted the abstract (and make sure someone responded). Yes, you can make last minute changes to the presentation, but it is your responsibility to make sure the latest version is uploaded BEFORE your session has started.
Presentations should be 10-12 minutes long, allowing 3-5 minutes for questions. Plenary presentations will be 35-40 minutes long, allowing 5-10 minutes for questions.
